Plant-Based Diet
The Plant-Based Diet is based entirely on plant foods, excluding any animal food, and teaches you to seek out whole, unprocessed foods. This diet aims at; maintaining sound health, facilitating weight loss goals, managing chronic diseases through the incorporation of nutrient dense whole foods. It comprises of fruits, vegetables, whole grain produces, lentils, nuts and seeds, all of which pack fiber, vitamins and anti-oxidants among other nutrients.
Vegan Recipes: All these recipes are free from animal products that may include dairy and egg products. They concentrate on fresh produce like fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and plant-protein products, and provide many appetizing, calorie-rich foods for those on a rigorous vegan diet.
Vegetarian Recipes: Though they do not contain meat, these recipes can also contain dairy and/or eggs. They provide a large variety of plant food items in combination with dairy and egg products so that vegetarians get proper nutrition and food variation.
