Gluten-Free Diet
The Gluten-Free Diet is intended for people with gluten intolerance and Celiac disease or for other health wise reasons. Different from other diets that remove specific foods, this form of diet strips grain cuisines containing gluten and instead provides wholesome meals condimented with gluten-free ingredients that help digestion and overall health of the gut. A Gluten-Free Diet should also include some of the meat, fish, fresh fruits, most vegetables, gluten containing grains such as rice, quinoa naturally gluten free flours such as almond flour or coconut flour. This diet eliminates the foods containing gluten including breads, pastas and most other processed foods containing wheat.
